Greg Doucette is a Canadian IFBB pro bodybuilder who claims to be 5’6-¼” tall. However, he measured shorter than that at the official weigh-in for his last bodybuilding contest.

Greg Doucette is a famous professional bodybuilder, fitness coach, and social media personality known for his engaging and entertaining YouTube videos. Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada, Doucette began lifting weights at a young age.
He competed in his first powerlifting competition in 1999 and has been competing ever since. Over the years, he has also won numerous bodybuilding titles, including the Canadian National Championships.
Doucette studied kinesiology in college and obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Acadia University and a Master’s degree from St. Francis Zavier University.
In addition to his successful bodybuilding career, Doucette is also a prosperous entrepreneur, having founded several fitness-related businesses. He owns a supplement company called HTLT Supps and has authored several e-books on fitness and nutrition.

Despite his many accomplishments, Doucette is perhaps best known for his YouTube channel, which has amassed over 2 million subscribers and counting. He began posting vlog-style videos in 2007, chronicling his powerlifting and bodybuilding progress.
However, it wasn’t until he started creating “Natty or Not” style videos in 2019 that his channel took off. Since then, Doucette has adopted a self-proclaimed “Gilbert Gottfried on Steroids” persona and switched to clickbait content to grow his channels and revenue.
Beyond his fitness-related pursuits, Doucette also had a long-term relationship with Allyson Smith. However, the couple separated in 2023. Additionally, Doucette has a twin brother named Alan.

Greg Doucette was born on September 15, 1975, and he currently maintains an impressive physique despite his age of 48.

Greg Doucette often calls himself a “manlet” in his YouTube videos, referring to his relatively small stature. So, just how small is Greg Doucette?
How Tall Is Greg Doucette?
Greg Doucette stands 5’6″ tall, which makes him about 3 inches shorter than the average American/Canadian man. While this is smaller than most male professional athletes and movie stars, it is not uncommon for a professional bodybuilder.

In 2019, Doucette uploaded a YouTube video documenting his official height and weight check-in at the Dennis James Classic bodybuilding contest. In the video, he repeatedly asserts being 5’6-¼” and becomes frustrated with Dennis James for measuring him as shorter than 5’6″.
Doucette proclaimed, “That can’t be right.” before repositioning himself on the height scale for another attempt. Finally, James stated that Doucette was 168.1 cm or just over 5’6″.

How Much Does Greg Doucette Weigh?
When preparing for bodybuilding contests, Greg Doucette weighs 183 pounds in his most depleted and dehydrated state. After carbing up and rehydrating, he weighs 185-190 pounds on the bodybuilding stage.
In the offseason, Doucette bulks up to 195-200 pounds but stays relatively lean. His heaviest weight was 216 pounds at a 2017 powerlifting contest.

Bodybuilding & Powerlifting Accomplishments
Greg Doucette’s greatest bodybuilding accomplishment was winning the 2012 Canadian National Championships in the light-heavyweight division. Since then, he has competed in the International Federation of Bodybuilding but has not placed higher than 4th.

More impressive are Doucette’s powerlifting achievements. He has 21 first-place finishes out of 25 international competitions. He is also a Guinness World Record holder for completing 50 reps in 60 seconds with 400 lbs on the sumo deadlift.
Doucette is also a WPC world record holder for bench press. He prefers raw powerlifting without the use of special shirts or suits. Here are his personal best lifts in competition.
