Visited twice. So many employees standing around. Twice I was told it will take 2-3hrs for a valuation. I was also told someone would contact me.

So professional, quick & easy. Shaun in PE who was pleasantly spoken came out to me, took pictures, thoroughly inspected the car then took for test drive, offered me an amount which I accepted and he told me what paperwork I needed. The next day brought me what I needed to sign gave him what he needed & payment was done immediately. Within a week vehicle was transfered into their name. Could not have wished for a smoother & easier transfer, highly recommend We Buy Cars. Once again Thank you.

Replies were speedy. Would have like to schedule a viewing of a vehicle I was interested in however the response took a little longer than I believe it could have. Be sure to check a vehicles Dekra report and grade.

Six weeks after buying a car I am still to receive papers. Emailed Michael and Natasha twice - neither have the decency to respond. Don't let the friendly faces fool you. Service like this is NEVER acceptable.

I brought a car from We Buy Cars last year June 2019 and every month I have been going into the branch in PE to get the registration papers and every month they let me the same story that the papers are still at their Head Office in Joburg. Now a year and and four months later I get a call that there is a problem with the registration papers I must bring back the car and they will give me another vehicle. I explained that I had spent money on repairing the vehicle to get it ready for roadworthy. They informed me that they will only contribute to R10 000, which is no where near what I spent on the vehicle. I would strongly suggest that you do not do business with We Buy Cars because you don't know what you are buying and getting yourself into.

Unbelievablely rubbish service. I cant even get a reply via their website after the automated response says they will get back to me shortly. Ridiculous.

If you wanting to sell you car I highly recommend these guys. Nico offered me the best service in town

They sell a car whole sale, no guarantee no roadworthy, advertise a car and when we get there we were told it doesn't start, smokes a lot and will cost a lot to fix.my question why not say that in the ad in the first place? We drove all the way there for nothing.car died 15 times on the way home.alternator problem cost us a fortune to tow it home

Poor service, cars are not clean, cars are parked to closely can't walk through them and poor lighting

The most uninformed salesman ever. He had absolutely no knowledge about any vehicle I looked at. I will never buy a car from him. The only reason I even give them 2 star is because of the guys who helped me to get a great price for my car. I am selling my car to them but will never buy a car from WeBuyCars in PE

Rubbish service. They told me that car was in a good condition. I took a flight from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth we buy cars only to find that the car was leaking oil. I had to look for the taxi to the airport. I wasted over R3000 on tickets flights and taxis I will never buy a car from them

I was excited to hear that the popular car seller was in PE so l rushed there as l am looking for a new car. On arrival at reception found two ladies seated there one seemed to be writing something and the other was on the phone speaking to noone. Assuming they were busy, l waited for about 5 minutes and no response. I decided to seat and wait but after about 10 minutes l decided to leave (with my money of course) as they were clearly too busy (doing nothing) to be bothered by me. I now have a very low interest in this dealer. A few sales reps were standing on the other side chattin away. These people seemed too comfortable to care about sales. If there was an option for no star l would click that. Its definitely a thumbs down from me.
