  • Sales & Enrollment Specialist

    My Consulting Offer

    Remote Job

Job Description About Us At My Consulting Offer, we're not just a team of career coaches -- we're dream makers. Our mission is to empower students and recent graduates to transform their aspirations into reality by securing coveted consulting roles at top-tier consulting firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG and more. With a global footprint spanning five continents, we've helped over 800 individuals kickstart their consulting careers and we're just getting started. About The Role Our Sales & Enrollment Specialists are the spokespeople of our business. When a potential client schedules a call with our team, the specialist speaks to qualified leads to see if there is a strong fit between the potential clients problems and what we offer. From the initial email correspondence to the personal enrollment calls, to completing the sale, to onboarding the client and thoughtfully pairing them with the right coach on our team, Sales & Enrollment Specialists share in the success of our clients from Day 1 until they sign their job offer in consulting. There is no cold calling. Everyone you will talk to has reached out to us. It is a 100% remote role. What Are The Requirements? You have 3+ years of continuous experience doing outbound and/or inbound sales calls in English, with an exceptional sales track record. Having experience working for an MBB firm would give you a definite advantage. Having experience in sales and/or enrollment with a coaching, or edtech company would give you a definite advantage. You're able to devote 40 hours/week to the role, and able to routinely check your emails. You are able to work US business hours. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as strong negotiating, relationship-building, and management skills. You have a very strong ability to connect and converse with people on a personal level. You are a critical thinker with very good problem-solving skills. You are proactive and have very strong initiative to analyze our processes and be able to challenge them and suggest ideas on how things can be done better. You're responsive to performance feedback and excited to continue learning and growing. You're willing to check emails over the weekend occasionally and onboard any client who enrolls over the weekend, so they aren't waiting over 24 hours (it takes about 15 minutes to enroll a client, so this is not a big-time commitment and not very common to happen over the weekend). You are also not intimidated by learning new systems/technology. You're equipped with a laptop/pc, headset, high-definition webcam and have access to high-speed internet. What Success Looks Like While being a career advisor (making sure the potential client is a good fit for our services) is important to be successful in this role, being able to convert potential clients into actual clients and achieving your sales targets consistently will be the primary benchmark of your success as a Sales & Enrollment Specialist. Equally important is being a good listener, emphatic, and willing to say no to people who aren't a good fit to work with us. Our program isn't for everyone. This is not a traditional sales role, so there is no cold-calling or selling to anyone who can afford us. Even if someone could be an easy sale, if we cant help them, we don't enroll them in our program. We have a comprehensive training program and system to give you the feedback you need to grow in this role. We will not throw you in to swim alone until you are comfortable and ready to speak with clients. We offer a very competitive base salary + an excellent commission scheme. We also offer the opportunity to be able to work in your sweatpants from anywhere in the world and be a part of a fast-growing startup that is open to your fresh ideas and input.
