Performance versions of the Audi R8 come with a more powerful 620hp version of the standard car's V10 engine, alongside bigger 20-inch alloy wheels, carbon ceramic brake discs and an adjustable exhaust valve to muffle or amplify the sound of the naturally aspirated V10.
