This review is not only for Ashley but also synchrony bank who they finance through.We ended up getting scammed and told we had a 3 year promotion and it was only 2. We didn’t see it because half our family was very sick on treatment for 18 months for Lyme disease and once we realized the mistake no one could do anything. They said if we had caught it a few months earlier they may have been able to do something. Somehow we were only signed up to pay the minimum instead of the full. Don’t know how that happened. So we ended up paying 6k for a 3k couch. We the people sure get screwed over sometimes so big companies can make their buck. Had to eat it. Such is life. Do not trust anyone and oh yah don’t get sick cause that’s something we can control *sarcasm*On top do that I’ve been calling for 2 years trying to use the cleaning service I bought with the couch. They keep filing complaints with the third party and never has the couch gotten clean. Mind you we have been on treatment and had lots of infusions and bodily things occurring on that couch so it would be nice to get it cleaned.No one is doing anything.

I purchased a bed frame from here. When I got home to put it together. The bed frame was defective. The manager at Ashley's furniture told me I can not return the defective bedframe. Alot of my major pieces are from Haverty's but I will start to buy more from Ashley as the Signature Line seems to be a bit more upscale and higher quality for a fraction of Haverty's prices, but only time will tell!

Katie made my visit, so easy, so kind so I thought, read full review before you make purchase.New review 5 month after purchase, the electric love seat recliner is no longer working, I purchased the warranty and was told by Katie that it’s a good thing to purchase the warranty since it’s electric.but now I’m being told that Guardian warranty will not fix my chair because it has a manufacturer warranty, Which is Ashley Furniture, now I’m being told that the manufacturer warranty does not apply to Furniture purchased from the Atlantic Boulevard store Because it’s a clearance item so I’m paying on a chair that I cannot use. I’m on a fixed income 71 years old. With medical issues that’s the reason I bought the chair from the beginning now I can’t use it. I was not informed by Katie of any manufacturer warranty or that it would not apply because iit’s a clearance item,. Nor was I told it is as is once it leave the store so I thought I was getting a good deal and sales person was generally honest and helpful I stand corrected. I would never have purchased an item if I had been informed that it was clearance and I would just be on my own. If it was a problem, I am very disappointed. Ashley have their money. Instead of having a satisfied customer, they want me to pay for the service of getting the chair fixed, plus the part, where Is loyalty to your customers I will never ever purchase anything from Ashley and I will definitely report this to consumers affairs and I will post it everywhere because I do not want anyone To be in this predicament. So I was told to contact my sales person since I was not informed. In advance that I have no protection I’m just paying for something that I cannot use so please be aware before you purchase anything from This company and make sure you were given all the details which apparently to make a sale they will not voluntarily tell you the truth. And if you don’t know the right questions to ask, please do not purchase anything from Ashley Furniture . I am so sad And disappointed that I have this chair that I cannot use and I have health issues and I cannot afford to get it fixed, but I have to continue to pay For this item. Please tell me where can I go from here?

Saw the same couch model for the exact same price at another ashley that wasn't an outlet. Outlets are supposed to be cheaper. Found it cheaper than both online. Don't waste your time and gas. You can find the exact same thing cheaper on amazon.

Wide furniture and bed selection. Finance options available. You get long periods to pay specially if you buy expensive furniture if you go online for some discount still will get 12 months loan.I bought one of their best sellers bed furniture, delivery time was several weeks ahead.
