I intentionally waited until my living room set arrived before during this review.
today (04/26/2021) our furniture was delivered and I must say that it was a job well done! In and out of my house in about 15 - 20 minutes with set up and all. From my purchase (04/12/2021) experience to the delivery everything was excellent. It had to be for me to give a five star rating! The five star rating reflect my being kept informed of when the furniture would arrive - even sent me an email so I could track the delivery truck. I must say that I was a little hesitant to shop at Ashley based on some previous reviews. However, I had a fantastic experience when I visited the store and interacted with an amazing associate named "Hind;" whom I would like to thank for handling all my queries before making a final decision of buying the furniture. Her professional attitude of dealing with customers deserves recognition. I once again would like to express my gratitude of thanks for giving me such fantastic customer service. On another note, after the set up of our love seat and couch we noticed that two silver studs were missing along the corner of the love seat. I called dispatch and spoke with a young man named Marshall who immediately responded in - kind and began preparing to send me some in the mail right away...that's "great" customer service!!!

It has been an extremely rewarding experience shopping at Ashley HomeStore. Ms. Paulette N. Coney has be an exceptional sales associate. Ms. Coney is highly professional in her relationship with her customers and demonstrates a high degree of knowledge of her profession. She always has a positive attitude and was very patient with me and listened attentively to my home improvement needs. She was able to offer me great advice during my shopping experience. Ms. Coney also keeps me posted of upcoming sales events through emails and other electronic media. I really appreciate Ms. Coney for being the type of sales associate that allows me to shop with ease, yet she makes herself available when I need her.

This store is beautiful and has great furniture. Mavic was our sales associate and she is amazing. She is not pushy but very attentive. She went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. The entire staff is so professional and friendly. My husband and I are so happy with all our furniture that we will not shop anywhere else.

Laura was excellent to work with. We explained to her what we were looking for in a dining room table, and she was able to find something for our taste, and more importantly, our budget!

Laura was our sales associate and she was Wonderful! Our couch came so quickly and it's perfect for our home!!

Worst experience ever. I am only giving them one star because I have to. My delivery was messed up. I had to have a damaged table replaced. I had to take another day off. The delivery man did not come during the time slot I received.He came really, really late, did not call to say he was running late or apologize. I did not receive the right mattress. The lampshade to one of the lamps I purchased was messed up. Took store 5 weeks to send a new one and it was the wrong lampshade and is too short and was poorly constructed.
