- 1 cup amaranth (190 g)
Instructions
- Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add dry amaranth and stir to combine.
- Cover with a lid and lower the heat so that the amaranth can simmer.
- Once all of the water has been absorbed, remove from heat and use your freshly cooked amaranth!
Notes
- Replace the water with vegetable broth to add more flavor.
- You can also add some spices like thyme or curry to the water while cooking.
